Terms of service

Booking: I open my custom books every couple of months! When my custom books are open, I will post a Jotform link in my instagram bio as well as on the home page on my website that will take you to my booking request form!

I am always booking my available flash, to book one of my flash pieces, please refer to the Available Flash section in my instagram highlight. To book a flash design, click the button on the home page of my website.

Deposits: To book an appointment, I require a $100 non-refundable deposit. The deposit secures your appointment date and it goes towards the total cost of the tattoo. I require the deposit within 48 hours of confirming your appointment date. Please note, your appointment is not booked until I have received your deposit. For multiple session projects, the deposit will come out of the last session.

Payment: I accept payment through Venmo or Cash only.

Consultations: Consultations are always free of charge! They are not always required. I normally suggest a consultation if I need some more information to help bring your tattoo idea to life!

Pricing: Most of my custom work will fall under my half day and full day pricing. Anything quoted outside this range will be priced hourly at $150 an hour. Anything quoted longer than 6 hours will have to be broken up into sessions.

Designs: I will have the design ready for you to see on your appointment day. I don’t send out designs prior to your appointment unless it is a large scale project with multiple sessions. I’m happy to make small changes to the design the day of if needed. If you want to change your tattoo idea or make any major design changes that we didn’t discuss, you must communicate this with me least 7 days before our appointment. Small design edits day of the appointment are totally fine! If a large design change is communicated less than 7 days before the appointment, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

Late Policy: Call the shop at 678-903-5921 and let us know if you’re running behind! I do have a 30 minute late policy. If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, I require a reschedule and your original deposit is forfeit.

Rescheduling Guidelines: If you need to reschedule, I require a 72 hour notice, or your deposit is forfeit and I require a new deposit. Kindly note that each appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. All changes must fall within a 4-week window from the original appointment's date.

Rescheduling Limits: After two consecutive reschedules, your original deposit is forfeit and another deposit is required for a new appointment. Additionally, any rescheduling that pushes the appointment beyond an 8-week period will also lead to deposit forfeiture and necessitate a new deposit for future appointments.

No Call No Show Consequences: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification (no-show) will lead to an automatic forfeiture of the client's deposit.
